If you have
purchased PokerRNG software versions 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 or 5.0 from the
PokerRNG Official Web Site then you are entitled to free upgrades
for life. Anyone who has purchased a copy from eBay or any other
source you have purchased a fraudulent copy of the software and do
not qualify for the free upgrade. It is important to buy genuine
software so you receive all upgrades and receive the real authentic
version.
To lookup your lost or
forgotten account information please enter in the e-mail address you
used to purchase your first copy. This is the only way that we are
able to locate your account. If your old email address is no longer
in service you will need to contact our support department to update
your account.
Upon entering the
correct e-mail address for your account your Member ID and Access ID
will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. If this e-mail does
not exist anymore you will need to get your account updated by
contacting our support department.
